An independent culture-driven, B Corp certified creative studio based in London and Byron Bay.
Mid-Weight Designer
Do you love the idea of developing a brand identity one day, and a title sequence the next? Getting involved with cultural strategy or creative development?
We’re looking for a brand-focused designer who believes design plays a valuable role across all aspects of a creative studio and knows how to use design to effectively bring brilliant ideas to life across a wide range of mediums.
You’ll be working on projects for our brand partners as well as our own initiatives, from documentaries to cultural programming. We’ll be looking to you to ensure design thinking is considered from the start of every project, not just an aesthetic layer at the end.
We're looking for you to...
Develop design solutions that bring creative ideas to life in culturally-impactful ways.
Inspire our internal team and external partners with design that delivers impact through the innovative uses of mediums and channels.
Collaborate efficiently and effectively with our internal, multi-disciplined team as well as external creative partners.
Deliver design solutions that have a positive impact in the real world, deliver against the commercial objectives & drive consumer behaviour change.
You may have worked in a design, branding or creative agency, a publisher or in-house and ideally have:
3+ years of real-world experience of producing disruptive visuals and brand work within cross-functional teams.
A portfolio that displays an excellent track record of compelling creative work and highly effective design solutions executed across a wide range of formats and channels (both digital and physical).
Excellent visual communication skills, both in the concept & production phases, as well as a healthy-but-obsessive attention to detail & appreciation of typography.
Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite as well as other industry standard software (Figma would be great, but not a requirement).
A broad & in-depth understanding of the cultural zeitgeist – in practise, not just theory – by being naturally observant & turning relevant insights into effective design solutions.
While not a requirement, motion design skills and experience working with Premiere/After Effects would be a valuable bonus.
Our priority is creating a culture which enables people to thrive by delivering brilliant work while living a happy, healthy and balanced life.
We offer mental health support, health insurance and subsidised gym memberships for everyone.
We help you get to where you want to be though personal progression plans, 1:1s, performance optimisation and an annual education budget.
We'll help you stay inspired by supporting you to attend creative exhibitions, talks, shows, screenings and meet ups.
You'll get 24 days paid holiday per year, in addition to nationally recognised public holidays.
On top of our holiday allowance, you'll also get an extra day off for your birthday.
